FALL 2010

This proposal for a midrise housing complex incorporates five levels of apartments above a community resource center for homless families.  As the fastest growing demographic of Los Angeles's homelss population,  families are faced with the loss of homely ammenities. This project returns the personal and community yard space, offers units of varrying size, and provides access to adequate child care and community programs on the ground floor.
